Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a supplement of 30,00 \u20ac .
\nA cleaning service<\/em> for the bedrooms and bathrooms in our apartments can be requested extra\u00a0 for 15 \u20ac per room and day\u00a0 (including change of towels and fresh linen if required).
\nCleaning of the whole apartment, including the kitchen, upon request.<\/p>\n

The price for the guestrooms includes a Tuscan breakfast buffet.<\/em>
\nThe guest rooms are made up daily<\/em> with changing of towels and linen every 3 days. (linen and towels change each day at Euro 15.00.<\/p>\n

All rates include the heating from Mid October to Mid April.<\/p>\n

Our prices include water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels (weekly change in the apartments or upon request at Euro 15,00 per set), the use of the wifi, the swimming pool, the gardens with barbecue and the tennis court.
\nExtras: Half-or full-board at our restaurant.<\/p>\n

Booking & Payment\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment: 30% of the total amount at with the booking. The balance must be paid within 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.<\/p>\n

Please note<\/b>
\nThe region of Tuscany generally requires a local tax of \u20ac 2.00 per adult at La Forra and of \u20ac 1.00 at Podere Vecciale, \u00a0each for up to 5 days ( = a maximum of 10,00\u00a0Euro per person). Children up to 12 years are free. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the reception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nCancellation policy<\/strong>
\nA cancellation of the booking must be communicated to us in written form by fax or e-mail. In case of cancellation the following fees are due:
\n– From booking date till 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of total amount
\n– 29-16 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
\n– 15-0 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100%<\/p>\n

Cancellations in case of groups <\/strong>
\n– From booking date till 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
\n– 59-46 days prior to arrival: 75% of total amount
\n– 45-0 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100%<\/p>\n

Tourist tax<\/strong>: the Region of Tuscany requires a local tax of \u20ac 2,00 per adult at La Forra and \u20ac 1,00 per adult at Podere VEcciale, each due \u00a0for up to 5 days. This tax must be paid upon arrival at the reception<\/p>\n

Arrival and departure <\/strong>
\nIn high season our apartments can be booked with a minimum stay of one week only and the arrival day must be Saturday.
\nIn all other periods you can arrive every day of the week, but please take agreements with our reception.
