From 2016\u00a0 La Cucina de la Forra has been managed personally by the farm\u2019s owners, with the aim of offering a truly authentic Tuscan dining experience.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Many of the ingredients used in the restaurant will come from the farm itself, including organic, extra virgin olive oil<\/a>, red wine \u201cRosso Galeffi\u201d(a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo) and meat from Maremmano cattle, which graze on the estate\u2019s 50 hectares of green hills.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>

The use of locally produced \u201c0 Km\u201d ingredients, including \u201cin season\u201d fresh fruit and vegetables is of particular importance.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>

Taking our time to talk with our guests, telling them the histories behind the food they are eating, is important to us. as is an ambiance of calm, because we believe that eating well means savouring food without rush.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>

The restaurant, set amidst the beautiful Tuscan countryside, offers a relaxed atmosphere, giving you the time to really savour the food. The staff will be happy to discuss the menu and its ingredients with guests.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>
